PI is a scriptable order entry call processing software application. Through an email list serve we are able to provide suggestions to other users in need of programming and scripting assistance as well as other issues in running our businesses.

The PIN User’s Group also known as the PINetwork holds yearly conferences open to all members and interested parties as well as training conferences geared to the PInnacle System. Our membership group is open to all users of Professional Teledata’s products and we welcome all of you to join our PINetwork.  

PIN is a non-stock, non-profit corporation.
Professionally the purposes of this corporation are:

• To articulate and advocate needs and interests of members with our vendor, Professional Teledata, Inc and with others
• To simulate interest and demand for industry products and services to the benefit of the members.
• To pursue buying opportunities, enhancements, and discounts to the advantage of members
